Program fee of 30 credits at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) and 30 ECTS at the University of Southampton (UoS) is HK$110,000 plus £9,633 for non-UK students; or HK$110,000 plus £3,083 for UK students.

- The program fee is for 30 credits at HKUST and 30 ECTS at the University of Southampton of work.
- Students admitted with credit transfer are also required to pay the full program fee.
- Students who take course(s) beyond the nominal study period (full-time: 1 year) or need to retake failed course(s) or take extra course(s) (including transferred course) beyond the limits of 30 ECTS at the University of Southampton and 30 credits at HKUST to fulfill the graduation requirement are required to pay extra tuition fee for each extra credit.
- Once the fee is paid, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Other Expenses
The program fee does not cover any personal expenses, including but not limited to the cost of travel to Southampton and Hong Kong as well as the cost of living in both places, and the cost of necessary visas.

The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology does not provide on-campus accommodation to students of taught postgraduate programs. For assistance in finding off-campus accommodation, please contact Off-campus Housing Section (OCHS) by email or visit Off-Campus Housing.
